I just found a site that will tell you info about tons of different store bought foods. Here's a link for the Naked Green Machine Juice page

I was doing juicing at home for a while. I'm not too good with keeping things a habit so that died as quick as it started. The Green Machine is way more convenient for me. I talked to the head-of-produce man at my grocery store, and he hooked me up with a couple of boxes of the stuff for an 8$ discount when they get their shipments in. It's not a whole lot, but it's something, and it was cool of him to let me do that.

Went grocery shopping a couple nights ago and DS wanted some -- his favorite color is green. He had a glass last night before bed and seemed to like it. I think they carry it at Sam's club, so if he continues to request it, I'll probably check their prices, too.

You are Not crazy. I have to say that after years (and I mean years) of disagreeing with dietitians, I finally went my own way. ( I was also laughed at when asking about juicing in the 1980s.) I'm 47, and I take very little medication; live an extremely active life. My secret?
Four bottles of water a day, no matter what, and a variation of carrot juice: carrot/apple, carrot/orange, etc. Always carrots as a base. Yes your dietitian will dismiss that, but does she have CF?
I'm telling you, it works!

I know this is a REALLY old thread but I saw it bumped today so I went out and bought some 'Green Machine' juice to try. It's really good and has a ton of good nutrients in it, I'll have to try some more before I comment about it's results though. Still, for someone that is anemic... 30% of your RDA of iron in 1 tasty bottle of juice is nuts! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
