The Wikipedia article that I've been pestering all of you all about for the past few months has achieved featured status. (This is NOT to be confused with the CF wiki that the admins have recently launched) This means that it's the best of the best of the articles on Wikipedia an online encyclopedia. Tomorrow (7/6/06) it will be featured on the front page of Wikipedia (all of the featured articles are rotated and shown off on the main wikipedia page on a daily basis).

The photo that will be present along with the article introduction on the Wikipedia main page was emailed to me by Debs2Girls. It features her daughter Cheyenne (if I'm right) doing a breathing treatment with her vest. Just thought I would let you all know.

Additionally I might as well toss in my plea for a picture of a chest xray (pre tx). Email: immortalgoddezz@hotmail.com
Hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July.

I find the bit in the intro about life expect acy a bit harsh - considering the mean life expectancy is now over 35.

Otherwise - awesome job.

Thanks guys, though I'm just one of the few contributors to that page I didn't write the whole thing.
Though I'm proud to add what I can to it.
As for the age expectency part, didn't write it and the whole article will probably be edited and changed throughout the day.

Candice:

Thanks for all your help with the WIKI on our site too. It's wonderful! Your work helped to get such awareness for CF on the homepage of Wikipedia. It is a lot of work! I'm hoping Bill can give us lessons soon, of course you are the expert...we're just getting started.

Great Job!
