just thought i'd share

This morning right after I got up (I hadn't done any of my treatments yet) I started laughing about something and <b>I didn't cough</b>!!! Right now I feel better than I've felt in YEARS! I think it's because I've been doing my Vest twice a day, as opposed to twice a week like I was doing and I also started Curves.

Thats good to hear, i love it when I can laugh without coughing. Keep up the good work, and laugh as much as you can while that cough is gone.

Thats ironic because last night i was thinking , a few days ago i laughed a lot, and hardly coughed and remembered the post on here a while ago about laughing and coughing. It is very cool to laugh without coughing.... and a welcome surprise when it happens <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

That is really great news Sara! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">I am really happy that you are seeing benefits from doing the vest twice a day. I know how difficult it is to be compliant expecially after a long day a work. Good for you and I hope you laugh a lot!!!<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">
