Kerosene Heaters

My parents always used a kerosene heater in our house in the winter and it never seemed to bother my breathing any. Although I do remember the horrible smell it put off, especially when it burned out and ran out of kerosene. I would never use one in my home nowadays.

I wouln't recommend kerosene heaters either. It is not a good thing for CF lungs. I can't be around kerosene, desiel fuel, gasolene, wood smoke...just that stage of the disease and asthma.
