LATEST UPDATE ON JOHN

Hi Guys,

Sorry it took so long to get back to you .. I was working but I did speak with Jenny several times..

John is doing great.. He had one little glitch this afternoon not to long after surgery his blood pressure went low.... excitment was in the air.. but he is fine.. They just had to balance out the amount of sedation he was on...Because of the Cepacia they are treating him like he is septic... but this is all stuff they were anticipating....

His lungs are working amazingly.. and he is still vented.. John's birthday is August 1st... I am thinking maybe that would be a great birthday present to come off the vent. I can't wait to have my friend back again.. I have so much to tell him, he always is so good at straighten my life out.. He is amazing

The last time I spoke to Jenny she had just gone to the hotel across the street.. It was 10 pm at night eastern time.. She has not slept at all.. When I asked her how John looks she said " He looks beautiful" She is setting the alarm for very early tomorrow morning to go back to the hospital...I will tell you one thing about the significant others of CFers, they are AMAZING PPL WHO DON'T GET ENOUGH CREDIT...

great news!! i wanted to get on sooner and see what was going on but i am visiting my dad and crazy things were going on with both of their computers. i am so glad to see this. my god it is so good to hear this news.
