Life changes

Thanks for the inputs, everyone.

I know what you mean, Mamerth. I was kind of annoyed because when I mentioned this to my doctor, she told me that maybe I should go to bed early; she wasn't very concerned apparently. So I did. But I have found that if I go to bed before 10, I wake up around 2 or 3 and am up until about 4 or 4:30...and I have to get up by 6 to start my day! Then I'm exhausted and grouchy the rest of the day.

I wonder if my body doesn't actually sleep when I'm sleeping?

I'm going to have to join a gym if I want to walk on a regular basis, which means another monthly note and I'm running low on funds these days. I started walking earlier this year when the weather changed and I got sick. Then I started walking again before it go so miserably hot here in MS and came across a snake and nearly had a heart attack LOL....

When we mentioned the tired and lack of stamina issue to DS's (15 yrs) doctor, she wrote him a note to allow him to have caffeine at school! Not what I expected. She told about some research that has shown a low dose anti-depressant can help with tired/stamina issues. We are trying to go that route since it has not gotten better, but three unreturned contacts is getting frustrating.
