Life without babies and i really want babies

I can wish as hard as i would like and somehow i think the Gods are against me. I want to have a child so bad.
I only have one fallopian tube but both ovaries work fine.
Did anyone else have a hard time getting preggers??? I mean 10 years people, and nothing. Something has to give. I got a dog and that helped for a while but now i really want a kid. My sister in-law has 2 children and she was told her and her hubby were sterile. My other sister in-law is now preggers and i'm so jealous it hurts.
Honest. I'm not getting any younger here and i'm getting sicker. If you have any ideas please i would love to hear them

Hi Joanne,

I have been there and done that. My husband have tried for 10 years also. We finally gave up when I started having more health problems. So instead of my own children I have 3 dogs, 2 cats and 7 spoiled nieces and nephews.
