Last night I went to my dancing/drama/ singing lessons which I do
for three hours every week. Towards the end, with about half an
hour to go I started feeling quite sick. I was having pains in my
stomach (not the usual not enough enzymes sort of pain if you get
my drift) but more like cramps - but worse. It wasn't just in my
lower stomach but also sort of in my lower ribs and it kind
of felt like I had a tight band around my abs, restricting my
breathing. I felt shaky and my legs especially were shaking a lot.
I couldn't walk properly they were shaking uncontrollably. I was
very hot and flushed, yet my hands were cold and clammy, and I was
feeling a bit lightheaded.

Does anyone know what this could be?? This morning I woke up still
feeling shaky and I had a headache and felt dizzy whenever I stood
up but nothing as bad as last night.

I had an OGTT test done last month, and was told that whilst I do
not have CFRD yet, my sugars are too high and out of the normal
range, but not yet diabetes so my doc said to just 'keep an eye on
it'.

Could last night be something to do with this? Or dehydration
perhaps?

Thanks
