little sensations in my lungs

I get those catches. For me the catches happen when I inhale too, but I'm not sure about your example when exhaling. I don't get those. When my lung 'catches' I usually think it's like a muscle cramp that effects my breathing. They usually go away after a few days to a week.

to clarify, what i'm experiencing is LIKE the beginning of a catch, but is not the same thing. i'm wondering what else it could be?

ha ok I should have known that's what you meant by catch! My bad! I get that alot.

As far as what you're experiencing I haven't a clue <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> Since there is no pain I would say don't worry but we know in the CF world that isn't always smart. Have you called your DR? That's the only advice I can offer sorry?!?!

I don't have CF, but I get them. I usually think of them as a "charlie horse". In fact I had one last night while laying in bed watching tv. Didn't want to breathe in 'cuz I knew it'd hurt. Forced myself to do so and worked my way thru it.
