I would say to you , don"t get up-set with ppl that dont understand or are ignorant , educate them..

Since there is a language barrier maybe printing info (simple words) for them might not be a bad idea..

Ppl that make insensitive comments are not worth getting upset over.

You have enough to deal with & hopefully enough ppl that are understanding & supportive..
