Loking for old "CF" poem

I'm looking for an old "poem" I stumbled upon about 5 years ago.
It was from the perspective of a CF person - telling her friends what she COULD do.

I remember something like this:
"I may not be able to go on that bike ride with you and your friends, but invite me to the picnic in the park afterward."

I know that's not exactly how it went, but that was the jist.
