I just went through life thinking that loofahs were some sort of sea sponge LOL. I cant begin to tell you how devastated I am to find that they grow on trees.

What the heck....trees? That totally just ruined my day. I dont use one I just use the cheap $1 body puff from walmart but I thought these were like exotic things from the sea too. Well poo on that!

I use the cheapy body puff things too. I try to stay away from anything that resembles a sponge.

Just curious how often you guys change yours out? I try to once a month or so, assuming that's often enough?
