I noticed I can pick out other CFers most places too. I don't think I look typical, but if I'm wearing a fitted tshirt, the barrel chest and pot belly probably give me away. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0">

I never thought I looked/sounded like a CFer either until recently. I am sorta chubby and tall (5'8" and 185 lbs). I think I might have very slight barrel chest and I have a pot belly. My fingers have mild, if any, clubbing. My voice is pretty raspy though. But most people have no idea when I tell them I have CF, especially if they truly understand what it is. I think a lot of it is in our posture too...some slouch forward. I've also been told by my SO that I have the "CF walk". Don't quite know what that means, but I think it has to do with our barrel chest/pot belly sticking out or something like that. LOL. With some CFers I can spot them a mile away, but others I would never know!
