Low grade fevers....anyone?

My daughter has been running an almost daily temp of 99.2 - 101.5 and it is so frustrating. I can always tell when it's starting to climb because she gets real bitchy and argumentative! Her doc has told me they consider anything over 101 a temp in a cfer, but she never used to run a daily temp.

I know that a temp is the body's way of righting an infection, but dang, she's been on so many antibiotics over the last several months! I think there has been maybe a total of 2 months or so that she hasn't been on an oral antibiotic since last September. Up until 5 days before her last appointment, she was doing Tobi 2x a day every day. No 28 on, 28 off. They have decided now to try the 28/28 schedule.

How strong is the possibility that all these antibiotics are no longer as effective for her??

I also run low-grade fevers when I'm exhausted or dehydrated, i take it as my body's way of saying "hey lauren TAKE IT EASY!" so i take a nap and relax, have a huge jug of water, and I feel better after. I also get them when I'm on abx and am fighting an infection.
