Plain yogurt tastes like sour cream. In fact sometimes I'll use it in chili or as a substitution for sour cream. I've added honey and fruit to it before.
Yoplait has some tasty light and creamy yogurts. Think they've got splenda or nutrasweet in them. There some new ones with fiber that I haven't cared for -- seem to have an off taste to them.
