I spit into a designated garbage can by my treatment chair. If I cough up a good one outside I just spit, but to the side not in the area where someone would walk. If I am near the toilet I spit into it. I have a fear of it clogging the sink for some reason so I try not to do that.

I have gone from one end of the house to the other with it in my mouth to spit in an appropriate spot.

I dont use cups or tissues on a regular basis. Its costly & mainly I dont remember to pick them up enough!

I use toilet paper, all the time! Rolls and rolls. I'm too squimish to use a cup. Ew! I HATE giving sputum samples for the same reason. I keep kleenex in my car and purse for when I'm out and about. I also spit in the bushes or grass if needed.
