Lung pain

I have been a little sick. I am mostly very tired and exhausted, with a raspy cough and voice. So this morning my bladder was really full and when I relieved it... my right lung had a pain. Almost like my bladder made room for my lung and my lung was sore about it. Anyone else with this type of soreness?

This may be unrelated but I have had that and it was from my back. I know it sounds weird but when I pushed to get my bladder empty, which took almost 2 minutes, I unknowingly did something to my back and it caused a sharp pain in my left upper lung. It could also just be a gas bubble that got stuck. With either one, the pain should go away in a day or so. Hope that helps. Feel better!
