Making plans to do stuff with other people-need advice.

I am horrible, I won't ever inconvience anyone but myself. I will suck it up when it comes to being late or doing a treatment. I will skimp on my treatment and promise to do a better one later.

Sometimes I will say it is hard to get myself out the door, etc.. but not to much..
