I am familiar with a mother who jerked her toddlers arm hard enough to pull it out of the socket claiming it was an accident and then sent pictures to family and friends saying how adorable she thought her little girl looked in a sling. I am still wondering if I did the wrong thing by not reporting the incident to Child and Family Services. You just never know how far some people will go. Really very sad to be so needy and mentally unbalanced.
