hi Sally

I never had a problem of loss of appetite but I did a search on hoping to find something that might help you naturally. I found this link. There might be one thing that you will find that might help you. I know that taking B vitamins help to stiumlate an appetite.

If you decide to try any herbs, always try one herb by itself and always ask your doctor because herbs will interact with medications!!

I just found their diet and vitamin recommendations interesting. I eat many of the foods on this list.

To stimulate my appetite, I find the following helps me

I rub up and down with hands going in different directions in the middle of my chest gently for a minute. You can have open or slightly closed hands.

Then I hold one hand on my stomach and place the other hand around my heart area. This helps to take away that unsettling feeling and hold for as long as I can lying down in bed( I usually fall asleep).

When someone has discomfort, the natural instinct that follows is to place your hands on the affected area.
