Zyvox gives me the worst acne. Regardless of how much I wash my face or what products I use, it's gonna be bad when I'm on that. Sometimes it makes it so bad my face will just burn from the air. When I'm in the hospital and on the usual CF antibiotics, my face is so smooth and clear. Not even a single pimple. That's big for me since I just turned 18 and have dealt with the typical teenage acne for awhile.
