Thanks everyone -- I brought it back and made them redo the whole thing. The pharmacist was okay with that once I made him draw a dose of both bottles out. He felt that one of the bottles was fine, and now that I see how the new one looks, he was probably right.

Jada -- I agree 15mls seems like a big dose. Alyssa is 31 pounds. But we've been on augmentin for the last 10 days and it has not changed her cough at all. I think this is a last ditch effort to avoid hospitalization.
