Just an FYI-it might be that your town doesn't have dubai info because its more rural. I live in a small town too and have had trouble shipping stuff to and from there. Dubai is an ultra modern hip place with all the conveniences we have-for some reason small town america hasn't realized that yet!
Anyway, I've had to travel to a neighboring town/city to ship stuff there. That might be what you have to do? Good luck.
