Hallo,
my nmame is Silke and Iam from Germany. I am interested at yours therapy. Is it other vthan the therapy in Germany?! Sorry, my English is not very good.
My therapy (I take the german name)

in the morning:
semi euglucon
Inhalation:
Pulmicort and Sultanol
pulmozyme
colistin (antibiotica)

in the afternoon:
spiriva one Hub

in the evening:
Singulair
decortin 2,5 mg
vitamin C with zinc
inhalation:
Pulmicort and Sultanol
colistin

and of course to the meal Kreon

Than I try to go outside every day for ca. half an hour
I have a pep system and I do with the pep in the evening for 15 min. breathing exercises. One deay in the week I go to physiotherapy. Almost every day I do stretching exercises, which I learnt in the physiotherapy.
Ok,I hope you understand my bad english.

I take Creon (Kreon) for meals. I believe in Europe you say Kreon 20,000, but we just say Creon 20.

For inhalation I use Hypertonic sailine, which can either take the place of or be used in conjunction with pulmozyme.

For bronchodilator, I use Advair, which is a combination of Singulair and Albuterol (Sultinol).

For vitamins, I take ADEKs

For airway clearance, I use autogenic drainage

Also, I do not take decortin, but the name we have for it here is Prednisone.

Do not worry about your english; it is more than adequate.

That's not right mockingbird, <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.advair.com/">advair</a> is flovent and serevent, or gernericcly fluticasone and salmeterol.

That's not right mockingbird, <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.advair.com/">advair</a> is flovent and serevent, or gernericcly fluticasone and salmeterol.

saline rinse 2x a day,
astelin 2x a day 2 squirts in each nostril
flonase 2 squirts in each nostril one squirt in the evening,
pulmozyme 1x a day,

the vest 20 min (2x a day), settings freguency: 10-5min, 12-5min, 14-5min, 16-5min; pressure: 7
Tobi 2x a day 28 days on and 28 days off,
my antibiotic I have bactrim 1 3x a day.
Creon 20 9w/meals and 4w/snacks
vitamins are ADEKS and Vitamine E 400ie

i take, pulmozym (neb) 2x a day albuterol (neb) 2x a day, advair 2x a day, vest 3x a day, flonase i squirt ea. nostril 2x a day, nasal irrigations 2x a day, azithromycin 250mg. 1 x per day for a month every other month, nexium 40mg. 1x a day, actigal 300mg. 2-3 times a day, tums 1000 mg. a day pancracarb 4 w/meals 2 w/snacks, ambien 1x per night, acidolphis 2-3 times a day, and right now on miripenim i.v. 3x a day... Joni... 55 y/o f w c/
