Hi,
My daughters have both vests (Hill-Rom and Medpulse). We prefer the Medpulse ones. It works the basically the same but is far more portable and just much easier to work with. Easier to store while not in use and just nicer all around. The company was WONDERFUL to work with (both companies are wonderful actually). But since you are specifically asking about Medpulse, they bent over backwards to get our vests for us. In fact we had the vests for well over a year (one for each of my girls) before they could get the insurance to agree to pay anything and I never received a single bill. Even after the insurance agreed to pay, they wouldn't pay the whole thing. We had a $10,000 per child limit for DME and so that's all they would pay. I know the vests were around $15,000 each and I have never been asked to pay a single cent and we have now had the Medpulse vests for almost 2 years.
I'd highly recommend them!
Good luck!
