Oh my gosh. Get out now! I am in the situation of being a step parent and it is absolutly horrible. It is such a pain to deal with the parent of the child, if they get along, if they don't get along. It is just not worth it to me. I know not all relationships/situations are like this but mine is freaking horrible. In fact we are currently having major problems and we are going to counseling today.
