i found the website on the cf trust site for sponsoring your fella and have made a donation.
i hope you don't mind but it was such a fantastic thing that he has done that i want to tell everyone on this site . i won't tell unless you say its ok or if you want tell everyone yourself.

it would make a great introduction for you to this site. what do you think ?? <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Hi Janet - thanks for outing me!! I'm Kathryn, girlfriend of Rob (29 wCF) and we live in the UK. I've been a daily lurker for about 18 months now, and have learnt soooo much, so thanks to all of you!!

Rob ran the London Marathon on the 22nd in 4 hrs 17 <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif" border="0"> <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0"> You can see some pics and their story <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://web.mac.com/magmatic/iWeb/marathon/marathon.html">here</a> (yes, they ran ALL the way round with those signs! The signs were originally stuck in their backpacks so they didn't need to carry them, but then Rob ran under a road sign, and snap! so he had to carry it <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0"> )

Both Rob & Paul (his flatmate who he ran with) have raised so much more than expected (for the CF Trust) - check out how much they've got...and still going! <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.justgiving.com/baldwithbeards">baldwithbeards</a>

Thanks guys (& Janet <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif" border="0"> ) Fingers crossed this can inspire more to get out there walking & running <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
