Hi!

I'm on Hypertonic saline, albuterol, & mucomyst, advair, multi-vitamin

I'm also on zantac (generic version though) for acid reflux ive been having for the past 2 months
i take it twice a day, if i dont then the acid reflux starts. i just took my pill right before bed, and now i have a random metallic taste in my mouth..
this is the first time ive had this taste.

has anyone else had this problem?

edit:: and i just had a small bout of chest pain for about a minute.

I agree with Mag. First thing I think of is blood. As far as the chest pain, could just be from coughing and your muscles being tight. Good luck!

I actually haven't been coughing, thats why I'm curious. I haven't coughed any blood ever, I've been sneezing, and just woke up stuffed up. I still have the metallic taste, and had a little bit of pressure in my right lower lung/rib area as well as a little chest tightness, but that seems to have gone away.
i dont know if i should call my doctor or just let this go away on its own.
i dont mind going "in" but prefer not to be "in" for thanksgiving <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">
