I don't want to buy due to not wanting to stay in the Jacksonville, NC area for any longer than I have to. I would rather be on base housing, and not have to worry about selling a house before I have to move next. Base housing is more economical since my wife has a hard time working sometimes. I paid for her to go to school, and she works as much as she can, but she can't push herself. So on my salary, it just seems better to be on base housing. @Semperfiohana- Thanks for your reply, It gave me good information. I will be responging soon.
