Milk & Mucus

I strongly believe milk does increase mucous, but that's ok, I have no problem getting it out. But dairy products in general, I don't think they do but I do know they clog and congest your artieries, and I personally stay away from yogurt as it has aspartame. Whenver I go grocery shopping I read the ingredients before buying, if it contains aspartame, Splenda, or says "diet" or "sugar free", I stear clear.

All yogurt does not have aspartame. I personally get the unsweetened yogurt and mix it with jelly.

I'd also add that Stoneyfield and Cascade have natural sweeteners, but you do pay for it.

Sure, there is always organic yogurt. But most yogurt that doesn't contain aspartame, substitutes one deadly ingredient with yet another- Nutrasweet.

And the thing about Splenda. It's marketed as sugar. I have realized that anything unnaturally created produces side effects. Check this website out it's pretty good. <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.truthaboutsplenda.com/
