Moon Bounce, yes or no?

We are contemplating going to a b-day party on Saturday. My 4 year old boy has CF and we were just informed that they rented an outdoor moon bounce. Does anyone have an opinion if this has too many germs???

IMHO bring lots of hand gel....maybe even bring a large container & offer it to the Mom of the birthday child for all kids to use. Especially after the Moon Bounce, but throughout the party.

If you arent comfortable about the CF aspect maybe mention flu season is around the corner (dont dwell on swine flu because I think some people are tired of the panic its causing).

Either way that is what I would do & let the fun begin!

It is great exersize and I think great airway clearance. My concern with those bounce houses I guess is less a CF thing and more a safety thing; like only letting a few kid in at a time; making the kids take a break and come out for a drink. I've seen kids bonk heads together so you just have to be careful. Just bring the hand sanitizer for when they are all done. Also, my daughter gets really hot when she's exersizing so we bring gatorade with us and she drinks a ton. HTH
