Get <b> skin tested </B> for allergies. I'm willing to bet you have dust mite allergies and your face is burried in dust mites in your pillow and matress all night so you wake up feeling horrendous.

The only thing I can really suggest that you do at night to help offset morning awfullness is sleeping on a wedge. Having your head and chest propped up works wonders, as it did for me. The only other thing I can suggest is to wash your sheets every week.

I totally know what you're talking about. I have always got up in the morning feeling junky...it's all that crap building up in there overnight. I don't think there's really anything you can do about it. My remedy is just to do my CPT/nebs first thing in the morning and it tends to take care of it!
