hello

Cycling would be something low impact that you guys could do together...my bf just got a bike, and it's fun exploring new places with him. Only catch is that bikes are pretty expensive...you could probably get a good deal on e-bay, or at wal-mart or something though.

Swimming would also be fun...and I love the ice skating suggestion! If you guys join a gym, you could try out the different classes together, and if the gym has a pool - even better. Also, maybe train for an event - like a Great Strides 5K walk (benefiting CF research in the process!)...I know Hal higdon has training programs for 5Ks, and I'm sure there are lots of other training guides as well.

Have fun!

I love the Dodgeball idea! I'm pretty sure she would too. I'm not sure if there are any programs, but I bet I could organize a dodgeball game once a week at the Base Gym!
Biking is pretty good. I thought about it, but she isn't really into it. ...Still, I used to be big into mountain biking, and still ride occasionally. I may have to try to convince her some more on that.
Also, I was wondering about yoga... This may be stupid question, sorry, but I was wondering if all the streaching helps with breathing? I assume it would, and that would help with airway clearing, right? Does anyone here do yoga? I never really thought to get into it... not much for the woo-sa hippi stereotype that comes with it I guess, but if its benificial, then who cares, right? Plus its something we could do at home. Anyone?
