My doc said that I could take Mucinex and he said to take 2pills 2x a day and I buy the blue box, 600mg guaifensin extended-release bi-layer tablets/expectoran. I buy a 100pills at Walgreens for 50 bucks.

I don't take it all the time but every once in a while, for about a month or two then I seem to stop taking it. Last time I was taking it, it missed with my period, so not so sure about starting it up again. Maybe I will but who knows.
