I took the fizzy NAC for a couple months and stopped. I was having some gastro issues from it. Also, didn't notice any respitory improvement. I thought I did right after I started taking it, but that feeling went away in a week or so. I probably took it for a couple months.</end quote></div>

I've been taking the "fizzy" Mucomyst for 15 years or so, and other similar things prior to that. I find it works great, I just have to take a lot of it. When I was younger I also used Mucomyst and Ventoline in a neb. I still do every now and then if I feel the need.

I use about 25 (200mg) tablets a day. I mix a half a litre bottle with 10 tablets every morning, and drink it straight away. Then another bottle with 15 that I always bring with me, and drink it throughout the day. Since I started taking doses that big I hardly ever need to use the neb. I also use a ventoline inhaler whenever I feel the need.

As for Pulmozyme, I'm supposed to use it, and I usually feel a little better when I do. It's just too much of a hassle before going to work in the morning, and when I get home I tend to forget... <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0">

I take mucomyst with xoponex in the mornings and pulmozyme and xoponex in the evenings. I really feel like the mucomyst really helps me get alot of mucous out. I don't cough up much with the pulmozyme.

If the tablets work the same, I'd love to try them. I haven't tried ordering any becaue the mucomyst is pretty inexpensive for me.

This is a HUGE bump, but I am curious about this Fizzy NAC. Who here is on it? Where do you buy it from? It seems pretty expensive to me, so I would love to hear some results, feedback, experiences....and also, where do you get it?
