Must be the angle of the moon with you guys <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">
I found listening to classics when I'm too wound up while multitasking helps. On occasion, I'll listen to some Country (only got Garth Brooks), but still like old music from Neil Diamond, and recently gotten an old Chuck Mangione album to listen too when I don't feel like "tuning in" on the love ballads.
Though Richard Marx still tames my wild inner-feelings, sometimes I let loose with some Led Zeppelin or AC/DC!! Still got some other oldie-rock music, but it's been hard to keep up with the modern-day popular music in the States while I'm in Japan!
Strangely enough...I got most interested in heavy metal when I was going through the divorce with the ex!! I started with Guns n Roses, and rented either a Nirvana or Anthrax Album to listen to!
Still, you can't beat going to the Karaoke...it gives you some good lung excercise!
