my best friend

I'm kinda of new to this so please bear with me here. My best friend as i write this is having his first blood transfusion. He was diag. with cf from birth and just celebrated his 30th birthday in august. just in the past 2 months he has been hospitalized 4 times. the first time for cf surgery, second, sinus surgery and these last two because he has lost half his blood due to the second surgery. i personally had to rush him to the er this last time. im scared and dont want him to know this but i am. If anyone else has had to go through this much in just a short time please put my fears to rest and tell me everything is going to be ok. im just worried.

I cant promise everything will be ok, but i will pray for your friend that things go well for him. The human body sure can take a beating, and i am sure his Doctors will do everything they can to make sure he is alright. Cf can be scary and have some scary moments, but we just have to get thru them. You friend is very lucky to have you by his side to go thru this with. It's natural for you to be worried and i am sure your friend knows how worried you are....I'd be willing to bet he's a bit worried himself. Have faith in God and his Doctors. Please keep us updated on how your friend is doing....
