That is GREAT!!! I had a baby 5 months ago and breastfed until last week. It is amazing being a mom she will enjoy every second! Yes pelvic exercises are very inportant i thought i was doing a good job with them until the last month i would pee every time i coughed (so embarrassing)! Congrats on the new journey of life its amzing!

ps do u live in Australia? My girlfriend who lives there now calls babies (BUBS) wondering if its just an aussie thing?
