I, too am truly sorry for this shock & grief you are going through.
It sounds like Mike lived life to the fullest and as you & others have mentioned, CF did not slowly take away his last breath<img src="i/expressions/rose.gif" border="0">

I did not know Mike, but from the pics on his caringbridge site, I can tell that he loved life. Everyone here has such a high opinion of him and of you. I am so sorry you have lost this person who was undoubtedly one of a kind. Hugs to you.
