My insurance might help cover IVF!!!

I'm shaking. I just called my insurance carrier one more time in a last ditch effort to see if they'd help me get IVF/PGD. The rep told me that it might be covered under family planning as medically necessary (I have CF and DH is carrier so we have a 50% risk for CF). WOW. Now I have to find an in-network clinic and get a consult.

My CT scan was normal again so my CF is not progressing yet. I don't think it would be a good idea to carry twins though but maybe they can put in one embryo. Maybe we will only get one good embryo if we are lucky anyway so I shouldn't worry.

I'm in shock, someone might help us. I just can't believe it. *tears*

ohhh wow!! I've got goosebumps! I really hope that this is the case! Please keep us posted. I will add this to my prayer list!!!!!!

I highly recommend the pineapple regimine and accupuncture treatments with IVF. I can give you much more information when that time comes, but I want to make sure you know abou it!
