Low compared to what is the question.....Mine are currently 43% which is low compared to 15/20 years ago, but up tremendously since April!

It was 66% 4 months ago when I got out of the hospital.

(when they told me this first time, they told me about when I got outta the hospital, and how it is compared to now)

Treble, I don't need to call/email the ins. commissioner because Teri found exactly what I was going to ask them about. Hopefully this helps you to show your parents that they can cover you as a dependent.
