Mycophenolate(CellCept) can cause PML in transplant patients

Thanks for the info Uli,

I been on 1 gram bd since my tx 5 years ago and I know my drs have no intensions of changing it....(was 2 grams bd initially so at least its just a gram now)

I will say in most of the things I read it seemed as though this was possible with lung transplant patients but more common in liver and kidneu transplant recipients. Again not impossible in lung Tx but more common in the other. The articles also indicated that most occurences were noticed within 17-24 months post transplant.
