Just wondering could some vitamin problems cause my nails to look weird. All but 4 of my nails are curving down. They really look nothing like the others and are worse the longer they get.
I have minor clubbing AND weak nails (that's just how they are) and I have the same problems. My nails did get better when I started taking my vitamins regularly.
