Nasal meds w/ O2

I was put on Veramyst and Astelin before going on O2. I remember reading somewhere not to use saline spray if you're on O2. Do you know if there is a conflict of using Veramyst and Astelin?

I think the reason they caution against nasal sprays is because it can dry your nose up, and when you're using O2 that isn't hydrated (not filtered thru water) it will increase this problem. I use Flonase and a saline spray and use O2 nightly and occasionally get some small bleeding, as if there are small scratches in my nose.
