I have been using Eflow for the past four years and I love it. The silence is great and medication is fast. However, the down side to the EFLOW is the cost of parts and I had to send off my machine recently it wasn't working.

I got an email telling me the machine is faulty and it will cost me 405£ or 550£ (approx) to buy the entire eflow and parts. I live in Ireland and it will cost me more when I converte the sterling too euro. My health insurance does not cover the cost.

I just thought to get advice and prices on other nebulisiers so I have the option rather than just going to fork out 405£. If I have to I will. But it would nice to know what other people are using and above all is it fast and silent.

I use a Parineb. I don't have to use cayston so the Eflow is not neccesary for me. The parineb has a fine mist and does pretty well. My neb machine is whatever the insurance will pay for. I have medicare so it takes care of it for me. The neb machines cost anywhere between 50 and $100. (I think) The machines are a bit noisy...

I have had both a parineb and now have an eflow. SPEND THE MONEY. I have gone through 5 parineb compressors in 7 years, they are fairly loud, overheat, and take about 30 minutes for inhaled TOBI rather than about 4 or 5. I really hate to tell someone to shell out this much money, but the eflow device is the only one like it. I also feel like my treatments of both caystin and tobi are more effective when I use the eflow.
