Because DCACF is a non-profit with limited funds and we provide the service to Cystic Fibrosis patients at no cost, we hope that you will help us continue to help our clients by providing copies of X's records to us free of charge or at a reduced price.

How about, "If you don't stop chragin' these people fees, by cousin Joey's comin' down to your office and rippin' your heart out of your chest so you don't need that stupid thing around your neck to hear it beatin'!"... ...and you could also add something to the effect that people with SSDI are can recieve medicare, so bills can actually be paid in the future. Seems like a fair trade.
