Hi Ronda,
I worked in a field where we were randomly drug tested. I was worried about all the meds I take, and especially if I were to be drug tested while on IVs and prednisone. I was told by my CF doctor at the time, that no CF drugs would give any kind of a false positive on a drug screen so I needn't be worried.
I can't speak for anything diabetes related, however, because I'm not diabetic. Sorry!

Here is a link to a diabetes forum that may be helpful. Looks like some of the commenters there have experienced false positives due to some diabetes meds. Defintely check with your doc too as Ladybird said!
