Need Ideas/Suggestions for my Goal!!

Now that I have finally found a job (31 interviews later... being a new college grad really sucks) I need to turn my attention to taking better care of myself. I hate to admit it but during this long drawn out job hunting process I have neglected my health. I have been doing much better with my treatments and trying to eat better but when it comes to exercise I have been majorly lacking. I am going to start tomorrow (I should say in about 12 hours when I wake up) by just going to the gym and walking on the treadmill. I would like to do more than that but I know I have to start slow or else I will either hurt myself or get to tired. I am going to try and shoot for walking on the treadmill for 2 miles and then see how I feel. I was thinking about it, and I kind of figured that I need a goal to work up to when it comes to my exercising habits. I'm an extremely goal oriented person and always have been so I think if I were to have a specific goal to achieve when it comes to working out it would motivate me much more to actually work out. For a great deal of "normal" people their goal is to loose weight, obviously us CFers that shouldn't be the goal. So my question to all my cysters, fibros and anyone who is kind enough to stop and read this post is, WHAT SHOULD I GOAL BE??? I am at a loss, I'm just not sure what to strive for??? Any suggestions??? - Thanks so much for any thoughts!!
