Need some help or advice!

As I said, my daughter 5wcf had really bad sinus trouble. She doesn't have allergy symptoms. Her nose was never runny, it drained down her throat (called post-nasal drainage) and that is what caused coughing and sometimes gagging & tummy aches. Sinus congestion makes most people very tired. When I have sinus congestion I feel like I have been hit by a truck. Most people will have headaches too, my daughter only said she had a headache once or twice, even though with surgery we found her sinus cavities buldging from infection & polyps.

Have you had her try a sinus rinse yet? My daughter LOVES them and when she is congested she will ask for it. The rinses really help cut down on the post-nasal drainage too, so less coughing/gagging. She does them twice a day now as a preventative bc she has more trouble during this time of year.
