Needing some advice

For what it's worth, I sometimes can go 2-3 days without a BM. I don't think that it's necessarily a problem unless you are having pain, bloating or nausea (indicative of a SBO), or very large bulky stools.

I'm not a big fan of laxatives. I try things like nuts (peanuts in particular), or just add more fiber in the form of cereals and stuff.

I deal with bowel issues on a daily basis. I take a daily dose of Miralax (sometimes take 2 doses if things refuse to move). I try to eat more fiber foods. I also stay away from foods that constipate me. Tummy massage also helps.
